As a Service Coordinator at ArchiXL, you contribute to ensuring that our products and services, which are used by national clients and carry significant national responsibility, continue to function optimally. You also serve as the bridge between our customers and the development team.
At ArchiXL, as the name suggests, we focus on Architecture in various forms. This includes enterprise architecture, information architecture, technical architecture, and especially data architecture. The general principle is to connect our clients in the areas of semantics, information models, (meta)data within the dynamic field of the Dutch government and its implementing organizations, which are constantly evolving.

By always keeping up with the latest technological innovations with a central focus on open-source approaches, we can offer a well-balanced service package to our clients. This service package focuses on unlocking semantic concept frameworks, reference architectures (NORA, WILMA, PETRA, and GEMMA), including their implementation through a semantic wiki environment using linked data standards. This technique can also be found in the global Wikipedia platform.

This position at ArchiXL is specifically for an enthusiastic Service Coordinator who can effectively incorporate customer perspectives into the internal drive for innovative development. Developers, in their pursuit of perfection, may sometimes overlook the importance of continuity, predictability, and stability. This is where you, as a Service Coordinator, come into play, acting as the filter between the customer and the developers.
You will be responsible for communicating disruptions, releases, and service management to customers. You will serve as the daily point of contact for both the customer and the development team.
Within established procedures and contractual agreements with our customers, you will exercise your own judgment in coordinating the planning and sequence of work to be performed. This includes determining priorities for resolving issues based on contractual agreements, the nature of the issue, customer relationships, and so on. You will monitor the execution, follow-up, and quality of incidents handled by the development team, striving to improve a little bit each day with the team.
