Describe concepts

It is important to have a common language to prevent people from talking past each other. The lack of a common language becomes apparent when you try to understand data, such as data in a report or dashboard. Creating a common language requires defining, capturing and unlocking concepts.

We have a lot of experience in describing concepts. We have a strong feeling for language and know how difficult it is to arrive at a good definition. We know what important guidelines are to ensure that there are high-quality descriptions of concepts. We also have knowledge and experience of the new Dutch standard for describing concepts (NL-SBB).
