Eric is an experienced and results-driven enterprise architect, process architect, and strategic consultant at ArchiXL. He prefers to achieve objectives in close collaboration with the client. You will mainly find him working with central government organisations, in large-scale programmes focused on implementing case-oriented working and bringing information management under control. For several clients, he also acts as a strategic sparring partner. He is accustomed to working in political environments where decisiveness, patience, and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Eric has an analytical mindset and likes to approach challenges from an integrated perspective. He has extensive experience in architecture, process management, information management, and change management. He built this experience in practice, working as a developer, solution architect, and process consultant, and has a strong understanding of case and process management environments. This enables him to quickly connect different disciplines and perspectives.

More recently, Eric has been active nationally in an expert group on architecture and digital strategy. He remains actively involved in NORA, particularly in the field of case-oriented working.
